Dacha “Wisteria” was built in 1955 for Nikita Khrushchev. It was built on the slope of Mount Mogabi in just a year. On the common territory, there were state dachas N 1 and N 2 nearby. Leonid Brezhnev and Yuri Andropov loved to relax here. “Wisteria” is located in one of the most beautiful corners of the southern coast of Crimea, just 50 meters from the edge of the sea. The mansion includes 14 rooms, a dining room for 40 people, a fireplace room and two seawater pools. The interior of the halls is finished with mahogany. Around on 27 hectares there is a park, there is also a private beach. However, by today’s standards, Wisteria’s main building looks very modest. But, undoubtedly, it is of historical value. For the first time Khrushchev came here on vacation already in 1956.
